Emergent Cultural Capital is an annual philanthropic fund that exists to support artists and the fragile gallery ecosystem that sustains them, grounded in the belief that buying work by living artists is one of the most direct and meaningful forms of cultural philanthropy.

We put donor capital to work by acquiring works in the primary market exactly from those artists on the path to institutional significance. Throughout the life of the fund, these works are made available to institutions through loan. As the value of the collection grows, donors receive amplified charitable capital in their accounts, ready to give again.
